Balloon Flights
The hot air balloon is the earliest recorded
method of flight, dating back to the first launch in Paris in 1783.
Man was made airborne by the first balloon created by the
Montgolfier brothers who based their technology on the findings of
scientist Jean-Francois Pilatre de Rozier with his experimentation
in tethered flight. Today the hot air balloon is used mainly for
recreational purposes and can be a spectacular one hour excursion
over your favorite terrain. Try the Grand Canyon, the wine country
or even the Valley of the Kings in Luxor, Egypt for some aerial
views with the wind in your hair.
